1. Overview

Recruit Fit Engine ("RFE") is operated by Recruit Fit Engine LLC. By creating an account or using our website, database, community, or consulting services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and is responsible for the account.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account. Keep your information accurate and current.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Full Access is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Trials convert automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled first. Cancel anytime in your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't offer partial-period refunds except where required by law.

5. Consulting services

Consulting packages are booked and paid separately through our scheduling provider. Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 24 hours before your session. The Full Recruiting Consultation includes a money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your session for a full refund. The Decision and The Portal can be rescheduled at no cost but are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

6. Community content

You own what you post but grant RFE a license to display and moderate it. Don't post anything false, harassing, or that shares someone else's private information without consent. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

RFE's data and fit assessments are informational tools. We don't guarantee admission, recruitment, or any specific outcome with any school or program.

8. Intellectual property

RFE's platform, database, and branding belong to Recruit Fit Engine LLC. Don't copy, scrape, or resell our content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Recruit Fit Engine LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
