Mason ShippCo-Founder
Mason played wide receiver at Yale before graduating in December 2025. He was a four-year starter and three-time Ivy League champion. During his time at Yale, he authored the proposal that allowed the Ivy League to compete in the FCS playoffs.
My why: The majority of football players don’t end up playing at the Power 4 level. However, the majority of recruiting & media businesses focus on these conferences. RFE will change the industry standard and become the full-service tool for high school football players & families.
Jake RendaCo-Founder
Jake plays football at Rice University while pursuing his MBA, graduating December 2026. He's built several AI-driven projects and is channeling that experience into RFE.
My why: I have watched too many services profit off the anxiety of high school players and their families. At RFE, we believe every athlete deserves full control over their recruiting process and how they present themselves to college coaches, for FREE.
